Some advice: When the weekly backup occurs (every saturday night), it's a good idea to try not to check any unread messages, simply go away for a little while and come back. Sometimes as in my case it starts while you are replying to a thread or something, it cannot be avoided. I only exacerbated it by trying to check my unread messages.
