Yeah, Scranton is pretty bad area, though it can't be any worse than Chester; you will immediately get bad vibes upon entering that place. It's practically falling apart. (Where I live) They're worse than hillbillies! The rednecks in Texas are at least educated and literate (somewhat). The ones down here in GA......no words for them. Some of them are COMPLETE retards. Still curious about Rio De Janeiro though. If mexico was any indication of how much worse it is south of there, that's horrifying. It's quite enough to have to check your outhouse hole or public toilets for brown recluses to avoid bites on your choicest bits every time you have to go. Or the myriad of wonderful diseases on practically every surface there. Or deal with venomous scorpions being in everything and have to check all the time if a lethal sting isn't awaiting you around the corner or in your shoe.
