potential mod trouble

{I hope that this is in the right forum. Not really sure where else to put it besides the troubleshooting forum and it doesnt quite fit there either.}

I've gotten to SPOILER

the Unknown planet, finished the Ancient Temple and chosen the darkside path. However, back at the ebon hawk, whenever the game shifts out of the cutscene back to combat with mission, the game crashes.

I do have a great many mods installed:

 

Could any of these be conflicting and causing the game to crash at that point?
