Instead, I've decided to get it done sooner. The GUI is developed and coded, but I require a modder good at skinning to help me finish it. Send a PM if you're interested in assisting me. (Said person will get proper credits in the read-me, as well as the first copy of the tool when the skinning is completed and implemented.)
