Tigersong Posted April 19, 2013 Share Posted April 19, 2013 Greetings, all. I have a small query which hopefully will be answered soon. Some months ago I ran into trouble with my account at TOR. Namely, it seems I answered a security question incorrectly. I called customer support and was advise to change my password, which I did. No dice. Has anyone else run into a similar problem? Lynk Former Posted April 20, 2013 Share Posted April 20, 2013 Try logging into the swtor site with your username and see what kind of password reset options there are. Is your account locked from all access or is it just a case of not remembering the password or security answers?
