JK WW is a roleplaying community set in the Star Wars universe, powered by a modded Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy server running a roleplay adjusted version of the Open Jedi Project mod and a forum complement. Help in acquisition of the game and required assets will be provided to those who do not own it. Our welcoming core group of veteran OJP roleplayers will get you up to speed with the game mechanics. The highlights of our community include:

  • Fall of the Empire, The Old Republic, Ancient Golden Age - three distinct settings from which one will be chosen in a majority vote
  • Force Sensitive factional based roleplay, with full opportunity for player made and secondary factions
  • Work your way from Initiate to Master, Acolyte to Lord. Lowest ranked starts are enforced on new FS player characters after the initial groups of Knight-levels are decided on
  • The Open Jedi Project mod provides a saber and gunnery system vastly different from vanilla Jedi Academy, enabling epic saber duels and heated blaster battles much more reminiscent of the Star Wars movies

Currently seeking potential staff members and applicants for high ranked characters, especially from the United States and areas close in timezone.

PS: Really looking forward to the anniversary edition, OJP is my favorite mod and one of my favorite games. Thanks for all the fun times.

I can't tell you how devastated I am right now, at this very moment, laying in bed writing this. 12 years too late to the party, JK in general, OJP more specifically, OJRP most painfully of all. Oh, how I would have relished my time here had I known to be here. Now I can only look back at years old posts and videos and dream of what could have been. Yes, I registered just to lament.

I'm still gonna download whatever the latest available version of OJP/OJRP exists when I wake up and see if I can at least get some bot duels going, or if possible some singleplayer action with the new mechanics.

Just heartbroken. This really shouldn't matter as much as it does to me right now. But boy do I wish I never had found out what I've now missed out on.

Indeed :(. But hey, I'm still here. Join the jkhub community. There is someone still seeking out ojp players:

I only started watching OJP back in 2009-2010, even though it's been well...dead for a long time, I've always been a big fan of it. Glad to see though that there are still people who care about mods like OJP and Makermod.

Hey thanks for the replies and links. Hopefully I can have separate installs of JA so I can have different mods for em working without the crashes I got with multiple mods on one install. As of now, I had to go with MB2, but I tried OJP with bots and fell in love with the saber system. Glad to hear there's any work still being done and even people playing sometimes, maybe I'll get lucky someday and be able to get in on some of the action.
