jojobob Posted May 4, 2002 Share Posted May 4, 2002 I have seen mods like tiny Empire that edit the npcs.cfg files. They work. When I make a mod that edits npcs.cfg, (getting rid of any other mods in the base folder that use the file) I only see changes in the cutcenes.
