Once the game is set up and you're in the race select screen, you see ping times of 300~500+. Getting into the game is easy enough, but once in it is hopelessly lagged out. Playing the original GB gives pings of in the teens on the same setup and no other games are giving problems over the LAN. Machines are two HP 1.4ghz Athelons (256mb RAM, 512mb RAM) on a 3Com hub.
