Keep in mind that there isnt such a thing as a twitch system, a high ping doesnt matter much.

 

However, the space addition will be a twitch system. So high ping WILL count there.

 

 

Ow and if u have the time, plz post why u are going to play on an europian/american server.

I'll wait to answer to that question until, well, we have any idea how the servers will be like. Seriously, this is not an important question right now. After we know how the servers will look like, how many there will be, and where they will be, it might be a reasonable question. But right now? No.
