Last time I looked, that would be the Swiftech MCX-462 (for Socket A, at least - it's the one I use ), along with a high CFM 80mm fan, and properly-applied Arctic Silver 3 thermal grease... The heatsink is about 50 quid, though ...Also, the mobo must have the screwholes for it... Check before you buy (Judging by the pic on Abit's site, the AT7 Max2 does have them...) [...] and will pc2100 ram work on that motherboard? Yes If you do decide to get the Swiftech HS, I think the best place I found for it was Overclock.co.uk...
