There are 4 Council Members, and some lower classed donators who are working their way to the council. No, just donate to people who ask for them. You can make a list of people to remember and not come back here all the time. If you keep track of your points, and exceed 1000 points donated, you're on the FTF council and pick out a position to have. Reborn, what's yours? I am a chairman, whatever that means...
