Cronny Posted July 7, 2003 Share Posted July 7, 2003 Hey every one, the purpose of this thread is pretty self explanitory I guess, but I'll give you the basic idea anyway: In this thread you all share your favorite MI moments from any of the games. I said it was basic didn't I? So I'll start: My favorite MI moment (or the only one i can think of right now) is in MI3, when you first get to skull island, and it plays all of this ominous music as the camera scrolls up to show the "skull" shaped peak of the island, and you realize that it's actually shaped like a duck (or a bunny if you tilt your head and squint). I can't remember the exact lines, but it was something like Guybrush-"My name is Guybrush Threepwood" Pirate-"Guybrush Threepwood? That's the stupidest name I've ever heard!" Guybrush-"Oh yea? Just depends on the mood That part with the cannibals on MI is funny. When i was younger the fettucini brothers used to make me laugh heaps... LCR: Talking to that laundry guy was alright but i havent finished the game yet. Going around and finding the stuff from largo was pretty funny yet also disgusting.... especially wiping his spit off the wall... *blegh* I know i havent got good moments but i grew up with just SOMI, so the "funny" moments just arent there much anymore and i just got the 4 games on sunday for $42!!!
