topshot Posted July 12, 2003 Share Posted July 12, 2003 Ok. I just recently re-installed my old 2 disk JK onto WindowsXP. Each time I try choosing "New Game", it tells me that I need to insert disc 1 although its already inserted. It gives the usual option of selecting "No" or "Ok", but everytime I select "Ok" it doesn't recognize that its already in there. It's like malfunctioning or something. Kind of a pain in the arse if you ask me. I hear there's a new version of it but I don't want to waste my money on a game I've already got. Is there any way I can get it to work without having to go out and get the newer one, or will I have to swallow my words and get the new one? obi Posted July 12, 2003 Share Posted July 12, 2003 This has happened ot me with quite a few games actually. It could be one of a few things- Maybe the cd is pretty bad scratched up?
