Ah, well, A few near me in Sac, but now back in tahoe, I am pleased to say nothing any closer than those. Course the tradeoff is stricter government control and regulation.

I also came across something rather unsettling: since 2006 we've been acting on international ordinances regarding apartments. So, basically...we're all ****ed.
