Holowan Labs is the modding forum (WIP projects, cries for help, etc..), while the Taris Upper City Emporium (T.U.C.E) is for announcing finished mods.

Yes it would be legal, I don't need it now though lol I re-installed the game, but yes it would be legal as long as there is no copyright written into the file itself

Would it be legal for someone to send you the game's .exe?
