Alright well, I have another question for you Stoffe. If you feel up to answering, I'd greatly appreciate the input. I'm able to use WinMerge to compare 2da files to see discrepencies between them, and I can use your TLK v4.0 File Editor to compare the discrepencies between dialog.tlk files, but I have no idea where to begin looking for the changes the mod creators made to the dialog.tlk file. I mean, there is up to a maximum of 130752 strings in one of the files, with a minimum of 130740. I have no idea where to begin looking for these changes, so that I can add them all to one file. Any input regarding this would be wonderful. Thanks Stoffe!

2DA v2.0 files are plain text files which contains tables with columns separated by whitespaces. You can either edit them in a text editor directly or import them into a spreadsheet and edit them theree.
What you need to do to merge depends on what 2DA files are involved and what changes have been made. Usually the easiest approach would be to compare the altered 2DA file from the mod against an unaltered one in the game data with a text compare utility to see what has been modified. Then do this for both mods and apply the changes both have made into one file.

Heyo Stoffe! I see all these people mentioning you hate visitor messages, so I apologize if my message isn't wanted. I left a post in the Jade Empire (PC) modding thread requesting help with merging 2da v2.0 files for the sake of making a few style mods for Jade Empire compatable with each other. I'd greatly appreciate it if you took a look at the post and let me know if there's anything you can do to help or not. Much appreciated, take care!
