They changed the story of the RC books by Karen Traviss. They changed the fact that the clones were trained by Mandalorians. I don't know the extent if the damage. They also introduced a new faction to the Mando'ade: the "New Mandalorians". A group of pathetic pacifists who don't even wear Beskar'gam.
