Thimbleweed Park tools didn't work for me, either.

I'm quite happy with it, too! I was wondering if there is any way to extract the music. NGGPack doesn't seem to work.

Well, I was able to get into the files via a recent build of Thimbleweed Park Explorer I compiled, and I am convinced the music is in this file:
