Yes, Kyle Katarn that's right. He is perhaps the single most popular Star Wars character in the expanded universe. And he is awesome beyond belief. He's like the Jedi version of Chuck Norris, only better... Katarn comes off as a mixture of Han Solo and Luke Skywalker into one guy. Not to mention, he had an awesome beard. Enjoy. Kyle Katarn Kyle Katarn was a famous Human male Rebel operative and later a Jedi of the New Jedi Order. He was a former Imperial Stormtrooper who defected to the Rebellion. Often paired with fellow Rebel agent and smuggler Jan Ors, he performed many missions for the Rebel Alliance and later the New Republic. Kyle was a master of the fifth Lightsaber Form Djem So, and utilized dark powers of the force such as, Force Lightning and Force Grip. He was a master of both forces light and dark powers. Scoundrel 8/Guardian 12 STR 14 DEX 13 CON 12 INT 12 WIS 13 CHA 14 All points should be distributed between Strength, Dexterity, Wisdom. ~Feats~ Sneak Attack Dueling 3 Toughness 2 Conditioning 2 Master Critical Strike 3 Master Jedi Defense 2 Lightsaber Specialization 3 ~Powers~ Dominate Mind Force Lightning Force Choke Force Push Force Valor Force Immunity The blue-bladed lightsaber was Kyle's first official lightsaber, as his previous two belonged to other individuals. (Green Saber, Yellow Saber). This is an extremely fun build. The Force Jump/Sneak Attack combination is very powerful and a "Scoundrel/Guardian is an excellent combination of high Base Attack Bonus (from the Guardian's high BAB), Defense (from Improved Scoundrel's Luck), VPs (from the Guardian's natural high VP progression), and bonus damage (from Sneak Attack). Basically, when the opportunity presents itself, you can do incredibly amounts of burst damage with Sneak Attack and when facing the tough battles in the game, you can easily tank any boss in the game." This is what makes Kyle Katarn awesome. Remember these builds are not builds to be used to dominate the game, they are builds to represent the characters in a logical way if they were KOTOR characters. Also, sorry I have not posted one in awhile, I have been busy & I just started some KOTOR 2 builds, because the game is currently popular now as 2.5k people are playing it on steam. I plan on making these character builds for this board just as I do the same thing for K1, for those who still play this game and are interested in trying something new. (Well, do to the new update I'm positive there are A LOT more people playing this again, possibly newbies!) This specific build is going to cover Luke throughout the film, ROTJ as Luke is a Jedi Knight. Anyways, let's get started on this series for TSL. Luke Skywalker Born as the son of the fallen Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker and the Queen and Senator of Naboo, Padme Amidala, Luke was raised on Tatooine and hidden from Emperor Palpatine and his father, who had recently become Darth Vader. After losing his first duel with his father on Bespin, Luke has now had several more years to hone his Jedi skills. He has both learned Djem So and built his own lightsaber on Tatooine with help from books at Ben Kenobi’s old home. He has also learned some of the intricacies of lightsaber combat, including Blaster Deflection and Weapon Focus. He becomes very powerful during this time, along with learning the dark rage, mind trick, and force grip powers. Class: Jedi Guardian, Prestige Class: Jedi Weaponmaster STR 12 DEX 15 CON 12 INT 10 WIS 14 CHA 14 ~Feats~ Flurry (3) Critical Strike (3) Dueling (3) Lightsaber Proficiency (3) Finesse Lightsabers (For higher DEX with Luke) Conditioning (3) Regenerate Force Points ~Force Powers~ Dominate Mind Force Kill Force Push Force Immunity Force Redirection Destroy Droid To finish things off, go with the green Lightsaber & a Dark Jedi Robe. Huh, Boba Fett? How is that going to be possible in KOTOR!? Well, it's plenty possible if you get the Boba Fett Armor Mod, and use this specialized Boba Fett build. This is a ranged weapon build only, now I know Boba Fett is known for using a green Lightsaber against Darth Vader in EU, but we are not doing that... This is going to be a very interesting build and will seem fun. Anyways, Let's get started. Just a reminder that these are character builds if someone wished to create this character in K1. Like if you wanted to be Boba Fett, well this is the build you would follow if you wanted to be Boba Fett in K1. Boba Fett Boba Fett, the most ruthless cold-killing and feared Bounty Hunter in all of the galaxy. He is the unaltered clone of Jango Fett, but was raised as Jango's son. Boba Fett's distinctive armor strikes fear in the hearts of fugitives. He is a legendary bounty hunter. Now, you could either be a scout or a soldier when creating Boba, because he was both of those had cunning intellect and was the greatest bounty hunter of all time. We are going to go with the soldier class because Boba was a Mandolorian Warrior and has the genetics of a soldier. I'm thinking Soldier/Sentinel. Gives you a fair amount of skills, which Boba had, and some battle prowess. (Skills are not that useful, but they will be needed for Boba Fett to make this a realistic character build, don't worry it won't take away from how cold-killing this character will be in the game!) STR 8 (Won't be using melee weapons that often, maybe never) DEX 18 CON 14 INT 14 WIS 8 (Should be common sense why this is 8...) CHA 10 Boba used a blaster rifle, so no dual-pistols. Gotta use a blaster rifle. As you level up, distribute the points mostly into DEX, a little bit into CON. These feats will be essential for maximizing Boba's killing. -Two-Handed Weapon Fighting Level 3 -Blaster Rifle Specialization Level 3 -Rapid Shot Levels 1-3 -Toughness Levels 1-3 -Conditioning Levels 1-3 -Implant Levels 1-3 Wait, we are not done! For the alignment best to go gray little bit leaning towards the DS. I understand that KOTOR is not as popular as it once was, but it was a great game and is one of my favorite games of all time. I plan on making these character builds for this fourm (and the gamefaqs board), for those who still play this game and are interested in trying something new. Anyways, let's get started on this series. *INT will always stay at 8, because it is a useless attribute. Also please note that these builds are not the best optimal builds if you are looking to dominate with the character, these builds are realistically built around the character, so the attributes will be realistic and feats and powers as well. Mace Windu Mace Windu, a legendary Jedi Master who was an outstanding warrior and was widely considered one of the greatest swordsman ever in the Jedi Order, arguably second to Yoda in force abilities. Starting off with your character, I would say Soldier/Guardian is the best and most logically class choice for Windu. I like a 5/15 Soldier/Guardian. STR 16 DEX 13 CON 14 INT 8 WIS 14 CHA 11 As you level up, all of your attribute points should go into STR, as your other stats will be boosted from the gear that you wear. Need to maximize the Master Speed (Force Power) and Master Flurry (Feat) in order for Mace to be unstoppable. Be sure to get this following feats - Dueling, Toughness, Master Jedi Defense, Weapon Specialization (Melee) (Lightsaber) and Implant 3. For the force powers, Master Speed is a must as it makes Windu the ultimate duelist, and Windu was known for his Force Speed abilities in combat. Force Wave is also nice, but yeah that's about it bro. Lastly, the purple lightsaber is where it's at if this is Mace Windu...

note: I'm sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong room, but I'm not sure where else to post it So, this ain't a rant per say, I just find it utmost annoying that whenever I look for "jedi sentinel" stuff on the internet, I always bump into the lowsy SWTOR jedi sentinel crap about character building or two-blue-sabered duded in google images; the class system there ain't even cannonicaly accurate!
