GameBanshee's Buck Birnbaum recently interviewed Obsidian Entertainment CEO Feargus Urquhart and posed the following question. Source: GameBanshee There you have it folks. Obsidian still wants to make a single player KotOR 3. With the SWTOR MMORPG in the works does anybody think that LucasArts will even consider it? IMHO highly unlikely.

IGN have posted a poll on their website entitled What Unannounced RPG sequel would you have to play first? and among the ten choices to select is... wait for it... Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic III! So if you've got the urge to tell someone, anyone, that you want KotOR 3 then head on over to IGN and let them know. I know you're not going to vote for any of the other nine choices. http://www.ign.com

LucasFilm recently filed trademark applications for Star Wars The Old Republic, The Old Republic, Star Wars Sagas and Star Wars Legends, all of are described as "video game software" and "entertainment services provided on-line by means of global and local area networks." While that certainly sounds like a new Star Wars MMO and it all matches up nicely with what we've heard from former LucasArts employees, we'll call it rumor for now.

Source Alternate Source The long and short of it is that LA fired some employees and the employees blabbed about their upcoming games which included the following: - MMORPG KOTOR 3 project with BioWare - Battlefront 3 - Another LEGO Indiana Jones - Previously mentioned Indiana Jones game being developed for multi platforms. - Star Wars Lightsaber game for the Nintendo Wii. I believe I speak for most everyone when I say *** ******, LucasArts. *** **** you straight to hell.
