Guest kevinjp Posted January 30, 2000 Share Posted January 30, 2000 In Level 4 when you are facing the Ice Monster, every time it jumps to the ground and I go to use Urgon's part on it, that cross looking piece from earlier on appears as if I just got it and then the game shuts off and sends me back to my desktop. Guest Wheels Posted January 30, 2000 Share Posted January 30, 2000 I've heard of people having problems at this point in the game, if you saved the game at some point during the battle with the Ice Guardian, this could be contributing to your problem. I have the same problem as yours and the only solution I found on the Net which can cure this problem was to download a savegame file called 1Beast.nds from the ftp site of LucasArts. ftp.lucasarts.com/patches/pc/1Beast.nds I hope I could help You.
