Can you Upgrade weapons?

I just wanted to know if you can upgrade weapons in galaxies, like give them scopes and cool stuff like that. Because I saw a screenshot with a pistol that had a scope on it and another screenshot with the same gun but no scope.

yea, you can, you can get enhancements, such as range modifiers, damage, speed etc. however, these are all temporary. you can, however get a ewapon 'sliced', once. this makes either the damage or attack speed better. hope this helps
