Level 8: Stuck when you have to chase the commies in the jeep! Stuck in the maze!

I am stuck when you have to get in your jeep and the commies are shooting at you but you can't shoot back at them. The guy has the machine gung and there is a driver. It is kind of like a maze where you have to follow the jeep or something, but I can't find away to kill it.

Basically, stay away from the jeep! If you can find the waterfall, go left from there to the hut, then take you nearest left again from the hut, and keep straight, drive up the cliff and it will take over from there.
