I did two things and haven't had that issue since lowering my Radeon's overclock and turning off antialiasing/anisotropic. I haven't singled out the suspect tho, because I can't stop playing the game! My System AMD 2.3ghz 9800 Pro 512 DDR Audigy Jod ;-)
