Question on the % Commands

Has anyone else had troubles getting the % commands like %TT to work in game? I have one set up in my Ranged macro that says:

 

/g Opening fire on %TT! Aim at %TT and fire at will and kill %ST.

 

However, when it runs, it shows up as just %TT in the text. I have also tried to type this into chat system and I get the same results.

 

I grouped with a few people yesterday and asked them to test the command and they also could not get it to function.

 

Any ideas?

 

PS: And yes, the creatures in question were already targeted.

From my experience, the %TT command only works in /say /shout or /sysgroup (SL command). I have yet to be able to make it work in group chat.

 

Maybe we should start /bug reporting it. From the perspective of an ex-EQ player it's frustrating.
