I'm crashing after weapon select

I just finished up my second batch of missions. We have our little meeting at the academy, screen fades, I choose my weapons and then crash to desktop. This happen a few times on earlier levels, like once or twice. I would just load my last save and finish the level and everything would be fine. I've finished my last level 20+ times and i still crash after selecting my weapons?

 

Anyone else had this problem?

 

Any ideas?
