How do you get new skins for Ingame(multiplayer)

Do you have to download them or do you just type /model (name) in the consol because the only one the 2nd way works with is jawa that i found

step (A) download winzip

step (B) open every pak3 file in the JA directory

step © look for stuff

step (D) experiment

Your question is kinda vague... Do you mean things you download or using the playermodel cheat in SP?
