Jk3 Problem

Hi, I have a problem in JK3. I am in the castle Bast and had activated just the pumps so that the tube does not fell into the water. After activation a sequence comes always suspends itself in that the game. Can someone help me?

try turning off dynamic lighting or dropping the settings real low temporarily... get past that part, save it, then crank everything back up! hope it helps...
