You can use them the same way you did in JO: http://www.lucasforums.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=111511 The "melee" weapon can be accessed very easily. First you have to enter helpusobi 1 as usual. Then type giveweaponnum 14, then enter g_debugmelee 1 . Choose the fists as your weapon and then start beating the crap out of the bad guys.
