HOW DO I USE academy 1.4 or 1.3

i can not get my server to run i know how to set the admin pass and do the MOTD for 1.3 and i have no clue on how to do it for 1.4

 

so can some one give me all the instrution on how you did it ALL THE WAY THROUGH on 1.3 or 1.4 or mabey both
