No route to Raven's master server. HELP!

I've been trading emails with LucasArts tech support on this, as well as my ISP. Now, I just dunno what to do, cuz NO ONE'S helping.

 

I'm guessing that JKA tries to authenticate w/ Raven's master server before it connects to anything, and because I don't have a route to their server, I can't connect.

 

Does anyone else have any suggestions beyond "change ISPs"? I would, but I can't b/c I'm under contract 'til February. This JUST started happening Friday night, and up through then it worked just fine... then I went back to play and "blammo!": no JKA.

 

This is getting REALLY frustrating. Who do I call about THIS? Can I forge a new route to the server? WTF is going on?!?! Heheheh...
