Got Problem with JKA Mulitiplayer(not about the rror)

When i play mulitplayer for 10mins or so my screen start to do weird nothing happens and then i got windows xp error, i got full version bought it can anyone help me?

First see if you have the latest directX

 

try to use less video graphix

 

See if your internet is working proporly

 

try to uninstall the game and install it again (if this doesn't work don't reinstall it again!)

 

then Im out of "idiots" ideas to fix this problem. Maybe it'll get fixed in the patch.
