kgunnartope Posted October 16, 2003 Posted October 16, 2003 Can someone please tell me how well SWG will run on my computer? The specs are as follows: Pentium 3 1066 MHz 248 MB of RAM 32 MB Intel® 830M Graphics Controller(Video Card?) Will SWG run at least a bearable level? Thanks for the help.

Also entering populated towns will stress your system so bad it will get to a halt at maybe max 5 frames per second. Also heavy battles or large group missions will fail on your system. My advice as i stated before is a system more to the liking of: PIV 1,8Ghz or higher (AMD XP2000) 512MB RAM (preferably 768 or higher) At least a 64MB Graphics controller. But i'd recommend a 128MB board. Broadband internet In short. It will run but dont ask me how.

My smallest cpu is a athlon xp 1800+ that is ****ed up and runs on 200 mhz bus speed who knows lol but its running at like 11xx mhz and a geforce 4 mx 420 64 mb card 256 ddr ram and so on to make this short it runs about 1 fps in town and 11 or so out of town its not even fun to play on that now with a onboard video of 32 mb that is SHARED obviously due to ur other ram shown i would say this is a lost cause and also you have P3 chip not a Athlon so your using the old P3 T&l (textures and lighting on chip) and that slows it WAY down not to mention the old P3 FSB speeds so i would say ur SOL but try it i would like to see what you get out of it..
EsahC Posted October 17, 2003 Posted October 17, 2003 When I run SWG with my comp that has 512 ram it uses about 386 MBs of it. 768 IS a little much. Of course I would love a gig, my video cards apiture size is 128mbs =P
