Dagobahn Eagle Posted September 30, 2001 Posted September 30, 2001 This is an AoK classic, and it's called... Shimo Style! Here are the rules: All players start out without teams. Team victory is off and is to be off for the whole game. Teams are not locked. Thrust and treachery are the main ingredients. Alliances are made and broken. In fact, it's an exciting game as you never know when your ally is going to turn against you! Dagobahn Eagle
EndSub Posted September 30, 2001 Posted September 30, 2001 hehe...thats a pretty cool idea......although i would get real pissed at an ally who betrayed me.....and i proberly would never betray an ally.......i guess i am just to nice
Darth_Rommel Posted September 30, 2001 Posted September 30, 2001 I tried that with Warlord... with... um... bad results...
Dagobahn Eagle Posted September 30, 2001 Author Posted September 30, 2001 Oh, and.. I forgot to mention: Game type: Last man standing Recommened: Many players. It's not fun with 2-4 Dagobahn Eagle
Guest DarkTrooper Posted October 1, 2001 Posted October 1, 2001 yeah i figured if u had 2 players it would definetly not be a surprise if they attacked
Guest VashtheStampede Posted October 2, 2001 Posted October 2, 2001 Shimo style rules, it makes the game more of a political simulator!
Blamer1587246519 Posted October 3, 2001 Posted October 3, 2001 I guess I'd resort to my "StarCraft FFA" strategy of hiding in defenses, building up an army of super units, then "mopping up" as the other players are killing each other.
