Launch the raft from the shore beyond the guard shack where you pick up the raft repair kits. After going under the arch, go left at the next 2 forks. After the 2nd fork, go right. Dock at the tower and get candle 1. Go downstream and dock at the flat snow field with trees. Get candle 2 here. Go downstream to the elevator, return to the top and start downstream again. Take the same 2 left forks, then go left again. Dock at the temple and get candle 3. Go downstream again and take the right fork. Keep to the right and make a sharp right turn to dock at a stairway.
