Making "soldiers"/troopers better animations

Well i really hate the way ST and other soldiers in JO/JA walk.

 

How they hold the guns and all that.

 

So is it possible to make some different "holding" animation?

 

maybe more like the Sniperrifle? or how Special Ops move? (if someone knows what im talking about?)

 

maybe even add the posibility to Kick while holding a weapon would be very nice and realistic.
