short answer.....no.....

 

if you want a cheap program get milkshape 3d(shareware 25 dollar registration fee).....it can export to .md3.....which can then be saved as .glm by md3 view, which can be found in the editing tools for jedi outcast(md3 view that is).....

 

if you don't mind paying an arm and a leg though, get the commercial version of Gmax, 3D StudioMax.....it should be able to handle just about anything
