still stuck in level 4

hi, im still stuck, in the shambala sanctuary, i climb up onto the roof, then i walk over the trap door/ladder, it opens indy falls in and the game freezes up, every time. Please can someone help, either with a saved game, just after this point, or a hint/code to prevent the lock up. Many thanks
