lewishead Posted November 3, 2003 Share Posted November 3, 2003 As we all well know a decline in interest has emerged from the many who feel bitter at sony for their decision towards the accesibility of becoming a "jedi". Now, this is just an isea from me to tackle this and keep the players who would otherwise leave at bay. I think the devs should aim to release some sort of patch for the game where any one can be a jedi, maybe a server with just one planet where all the people who are only playing the game to indulge their fantasies of becoming a jedi can fulfill them. Maybe if there was a way for people to taste what jediknighthood was like in a small seperate game (maybe a battlefield client where jedis fight) they wouldnt crave it so much in the main version of the game, i know it would be a lot of work on the developers side, but it is hard to expect people to desire a part of the game they know is there, and not be able to potentially "ever" access it, me... I'm not interested in being a jedi, i just want them to hurry and get here so i can hunt some haha. by the time theyre here ill be ready for em Please post any ideas or comments to this idea, or just how much you hate it lol. impala Posted November 3, 2003 Share Posted November 3, 2003 I think they have that. It's called Knights of the old republic, Jedi Knight, Jedi Knight II, and Jedi Acadamy. As for SWG, it seems pretty obvious from reading in the forums and what the dev's ave said about holocrons how to unlock the FSCS. You have too....... lewishead Posted November 4, 2003 Author Share Posted November 4, 2003 i think you misunderstood me, i just meant a side thing, it wouldnt be knights of the old republic or jedi knights because they use a different system, and it wouldnt be part of the game, my idea would be for it to be a seperate thing so people can try out the jedis and stop whining about how *@"2' they are because they cant get to be a jedi, it would be to give them the opportunity to try it out for themselves so they can enjoy the game without having to worry about being a jedi. then balance will be restored etc etc haha, uh oh, looks likes im cool Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
