How do I Make the Bell Ring?? Shambala Sancutary

(Correction on previous submittal!!) I am using GAMEBOY COLOR and I am at level 5 of Shamballa's Sanctuary and I would like to know what to do. I have a clock mechanism, an incense burner, a statue that rings a bell, something about water and a ratchett. The ratchett has to be placed in the cogs next to the bell switch, but each time I pull the switch to make the bell ring, it keeps falling down. (it doesn't stay up to allow the striker to hit it) I cannot coordinate the striker and the bell!! How can I keep the bell up so as the statue can ring it?? Please help!!

Sorry Sabrina, but I don't understand.

 

Do you have the clock working, i.e. the clock's hands are moving?

 

When you climb up from the clock to the roof, there is a lever halfways which makes the statue spinning. The first time you pull this lever it's only for demonstration. Pull it a second time.

 

Up on the roof, have you been in the other building and lifted the bell? If the bell is lifted and the statue is spinning, you should be able to ring the bell simply by pulling the lever next to the bell.
