SP Wont work, MP is fine. What Gives?

When i try to start up single player, nothing happens. It seems like the disk starts to load but thats it. However, multiplayer works perfectly. Anybody have any ideas??

Try starting a single player game but leave the CD out of the drive until it tells you to insert it. Wait a few seconds and the insert it and click "OK". I also just heard that a patch has been released today. You might try that. Many people with CD drives other than D: or maybe E: have this problem.
