Help! Dantooine corpse thingy*spoilers*

i can't find the corpse/body at the matale ground that sparks off the forbidden love side quest... is it randomly placed or do i have to do something first.

also how do i get a double bladed lightsaber?

uhmm, well you will get double bladed lightsabers only from fighting and killing opponents that wieled them. i think you'll get one on tatooine, which is the first place i went after dantooine.

 

there are some things that have to be done before you will find the dead settler. first and foremost i think you have to have dealt with juhani one way or the other and returned to the council to discuss it with them. completing the tainted grove quest. while talking to the council, Alhan Matale barges in and demands that the

Sandrals be punished. Matale's son, Shen, is missing, and he blames the Sandrals.

Since the Council has promised Matale that they would investigate Shen's

disappearance, this task is also assigned to you. Head back into the east courtyard, then take the path south, into the

Matale Grounds. Start running eastward, past the spot where the old man

and the Mandalorians were earlier, and you should see some towers and

lights in the distance. This large complex is the Matale estate. Speak to

the droid out front, then inform it that you are there on the behalf of the

Jedi Council. Matale will soon come out, under some very heavy guard. Ask

him any questions that you are think are pertinent. He offers you a reward of 1000 credits for rescuing his son, and

implies that you don't really have to give it to the Council. From here,

you can do several things, such as hustle him for more money or say that

Jedi cannot be bought!

 

Matale will tell you to hurry up and go south to the Sandral Grounds, but

don't do so yet. Continue eastward over the Matale Grounds, but note that

you may encounter several groups of kath hounds. In the far eastern area

of the grounds, about halfway in-between the paths north and south, you

will find the body of a dead settler. "Open" it, and you will find a

Cardio Package, Echani Light Armor, Echani Shield, Verpine Headband, and

Casus' Diary. NOTE: the body does not appear until after

you've completed the third Jedi Trial and have become a Padawan.
