nd Posted October 19, 2001 Posted October 19, 2001 Before you reach the border take the path to the left, climb the ledge and approach the tower through the woods. A cutscene happens, afterwards go back to the ledge, make a quicksave, run as hell towards the tower and jump at the very last moment to reach the tower's upper platform. It might help to get rid of the guard up there before.
