JK crashes in single and multi now...help me please

ok guys, this is really annoying me to death. I played JA multi for weeks with no problem at release. I upgraded to 1.01 and then about 4 days to a week later I can't play more than 3-5 minutes without a crash. I thought it was about time for a reinstall so I did that plus got a new sound card, an Audigy 2 ZS.

 

Currently my system specs are:

 

350 watt powersupply

4 fans

AMD Athlon xp 2100

Soyo Dragon Platinum ultra MOB

1024 mb ram(2, 512 sticks)

Gainward Geforce 4 TI4200 (drivers are 6.14.10.5216)

Audigy 2 ZS

Western Digital 80 gig HD

Logitech Elite Keyboard

Logitech MX700 mouse

 

There is now NOTHING on this comp but Win xp Pro, JA, mIRC, All Seeing Eye, McAfee 7.0, and Ad-Aware 6.

 

I've tried both ways with EAX to see if maybe it was sound related...Most of the time when it crashes there seems to be an explosion going on nearby, or someone is dying.(lol as if that doesn't happen almost constantly ANYWAYS....). What happens is whatever sounds are playing skip 4 or 5 times, the screen is frozen, and then the "Send error report" box pops up.

 

It's always JAMP.exe or JASP.exe I can't think of anything. I dunno what it is.....
