Another sand people enclave prob

When i enter the enclave of the sand people (after walking past the guards and turrets unnoticed) the enclave is empty. There is nobody there and i can't get out the enclave either.

 

Does anyone know how to fix this damn bug

Not sure if its a bug or what, but if you are lightside, put on the tusken robes to disguise and talk to the guard outside of the enclave and he will take you to the tusken boss. Darkside, just kill the guard outside and go in and slaughter them all.
