Havy Weapons VS Blaster Rifles!(Possible Spoiler)

ok, i have some issues here.

What is the best? Blaster rifles or Heavy Repeater weapons?

I mean, if you check the finest blaster rifle and the finest Heavy weapon, then the heavy weapon is better. But, I noticed that heavy weapons miss a lot, and are hard to use. Blaster rifles don't take as much, but hit much more.

I took all feats and etc, but still same results on both sides.

I have some major questions for people who have something to say about this:

1. Do heavy weapons and blaster rifles count as Two handed or single handed weapons?

2. What do you think is the best? Say why. If you think both are equal, say why as well.

3. If you use blaster weapons on any char, do you use pistols or blaster rifles or heavy weapons? If you do, please say why you think it's the best. I'd like to hear Your opinion:)
