Best I can gain from it so far is that -2 seems to be "always in effect", while 1 seems to be something you have to specifically "use". Anything I saw with a 2 (positive) seemed to be special abilities, and anything with a 4 (as far as I could tell) was item abilities, and not "spells (force powers)". Wish I could be more helpful.. but I really don't know yet... my best suggestion is to leave them alone, or if you're trying to create something new.... copy what's already been done for something similar.. Till someone figures it out anyway =/ -Kitty
