Can NWN use KotOR resources?

There has been a lot of discussion about using the Aurora toolset or its knowledge base to mod KotOR.

 

My Q is whether it's possible to use the game resources in KotOR to create a new NWN campaign. For instance, can we import stuff into the original NWN campaign from KotOR such as models, classes, dialogs etc.

 

I guess there are two parts to the Q. First is whether it's technically easy or even possible, and second, whether it's legal even if one has both the games.

 

Imagining a NWN module that creates a seventh or eighth planet or new quests or...

 

Or, may be this is just a stupid newbie question...
