Guest Kint
Yep, I don't ask for advice a lot, but now I need it. I don't get around to play Rogue Squadron as much as I'd want to, but this weekend I hooked up and played a lot. I've got all golds now, except on 2 levels. The levels are Battle Above Taloraan and Moff Seerdon’s Revenge. On Taloraan, I can't seem to keep the Blockade Runner alive. Any suggestions on ship selection and strategy to keep that damn thing alive would be appreciated (when it actually says friendly saves 1 on that level, I presume it is the Blockade Runner). On Seerdon's Revenge, I am always missing 3 kills. Sometimes 5 if I play lousy, but most of the times it's 3. Where are those bogeys?! Thanks in advance. ------------------ Moff Kint Kint@beer.com [This message has been edited by Kint (edited March 08, 1999).]
Guest FireFly
well, on Talorran you dont really need to escort the blockade runner, but it helps to fly ahead of it and take out all the turbolaser turets on the platforms before the corvette arrives. As the best ship, I usually use the A-Wing cause its fast, but use the X-Wing if getting killed is a problem. On Seerdons revenge, I cant figure out why kills is your problem, cause I thought that seerdon comes only after you destroy everything on the map. I guess maybe the TIE's dont count or something, so whenever you see a wing of TIEs just let loose a cluster seeker missile. (You should fly the V-Wing) Hope that helps ------------------ FireFly "Skywalker, what are you doing?!"
Guest Rogue16
I have a problem as well...On Moff Seerdon's Revenge, I am having a hard time keeping the "lives saved" above the requred limit. It's those damned AT-STs! They keep hitting bacta tanks and people before I can hit them fast enough with cluster missles or lasers(I am usually pretty fast at attacking...call me blitzkrieg if you will). Can any of u guys help me?
Guest Kint
OK, but you still need to keep the Runner alive. Also, what the heck is shooting at you when you approach the city? I keep getting shot like crazy if I don'T fly REAL high and dive straight down to get the upgrade. Also, I still can't figure out why I am missing 3 kills on Seerdon's Revenge. There's nothing left on the radar when I hit the final TIE. Still need help. ------------------ Moff Kint Kint@beer.com
