JA Application Error

I receive an intermittant application error that crashed JA. I am currently running Windows XP, but I have also had this problem, however more frequently, on the same machine running Windows 2000 (I recently formatted my hard drive and did a clean install of XP).

 

This is the error that appears in the event viewer application log:

My system specs are:

 

Windows XP SP1

AMD Athlon 700 Mhz

768 MB generic RAM

GeForce 2 Ti using Windows XP Drivers (which are NVidia 5216 drivers)

Sound Blaster Live! using Windows XP Drivers

 

I also had problem with application errors while playing Jedi Outcast also.

 

Any ideas?
